Why Nestoholic?

The Nestoria API is a free tool to access the hundreds of thousands of property listings, updated daily upon Nestoria's strict relevancy criteria. We hope to inspire developers and webmasters in the use of Nestoria API in combination with any other API or tool.

Which statistics does Nestoholic use?

Nestoholic takes the average asking price data from Nestoria's database. Since the size of the database is considerable and it is updated daily by a good number of large property of property portals in the UK, the statistics represent trends of the market from the point of view of the sellers.

What about the houses on currently offer?

LokkuLabs are currently experimenting with a full text search engine, Gartoo. It is a UK Property Search Engine where you can search by area and/or by specific attributes of homes, like 1 bedroom flat with balcony to rent in London.
